This asana, also known as the 'Cobra pose,' is done by resting on the stomach with legs apart and stretching the hands without bending the elbows.

This asana is well-known for its ability to alleviate stress, exhaustion, and tension.

Camel posture, as it's known, is a deep backward bend in which you sit on your knees with your hands on your ankles and your chest facing upwards.

Sarvangasana
